These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 888fe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses any service offered through the website located at https://888fe.cam and its associated subdomains or applications.
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, close your account.

| Wagering Requirement | The number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. |

By registering an Account, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and that the information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact support immediately.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and preferred payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify 888fe promptly if any registered information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any Account access token with any other person. 888fe will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the operator makes available at the time of registration. Currency denomination may not be changed after the Account is opened.
888fe is required to apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the standards required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request identity and address verification documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle.

Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 888fe may result in the restriction of Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal requests. 888fe reserves the right to close unverified Accounts and, where legally required, to return deposits minus any applicable processing fees.
888fe makes available certain payment methods for the purpose of funding User Accounts. The specific methods available vary by jurisdiction, currency and availability at the time of deposit. Payment methods referenced in our educational materials — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment systems such as Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are references to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only. They do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation with, or guarantee of availability of those payment providers.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the stated processing window, retain your transaction reference and contact support. 888fe will investigate but cannot guarantee resolution of issues caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals may only be processed where: (a) your Account has been fully verified under our KYC procedures; (b) the withdrawal amount consists of Real Money Balance, not uncleared Bonus Funds; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to received bonuses have been satisfied; and (d) no pending fraud or AML investigation is active on your Account.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and the operator's prevailing withdrawal procedures. 888fe reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to third-party provider timelines, public holidays, AML reviews and banking system constraints. Times stated in the cashier section are estimates only; 888fe does not guarantee withdrawal within any specified timeframe.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as stated in the cashier section of your Account. Users in our VIP programme may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limit arrangements as described in their VIP tier terms.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional awards are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered twenty (20) times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of converted bonus amounts can be requested.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms. Sports bets, slots and live casino games typically carry different contribution rates. Check the relevant promotion page for details.
888fe reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of: (a) the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) collusion or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus mechanics; (c) use of prohibited software or betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent; or (d) any misrepresentation in connection with a promotional claim.
888fe reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where: (a) the wager exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) technical errors have affected the display of odds; (c) a bet is placed after an event has commenced and in-play betting has not been made available for that event; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation or misuse.
Where odds, lines or outcomes are published due to a manifest error ("palpable error"), 888fe reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. This includes human errors, technical errors and data-feed errors.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Odds during live events change rapidly; you are responsible for confirming the displayed odds before confirming a wager. 888fe is not responsible for connectivity delays that may result in a bet being accepted at a price different from the one you intended.
Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily payout limits apply. These limits are specified per sport, market and event type in the relevant betting rules section of the Platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the User will receive the maximum payout amount rather than the full calculated return.
Casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers. Game rules, RTP (return to player) percentages and any applicable jackpot terms are governed by the individual game's rules as supplied by the relevant provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888fe shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and any withdrawable Real Money Balance has been withdrawn. Accounts under KYC review or AML investigation may not be immediately closeable.
888fe reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) prohibited conduct has been identified; (b) KYC requirements have not been met; (c) the Account has been inactive for an extended period; (d) a court order, regulatory directive or legal obligation requires it; or (e) the Platform ceases to offer services in the User's jurisdiction.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with the operator's prevailing policy, as communicated to you by email prior to deduction.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fe holds its operating licence, as notified to Users in the operator's official licensing disclosures.
If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable Pakistani legislation may affect your legal rights and obligations. These Terms do not override, supersede or constitute a waiver of any applicable local law.
